End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA ("Licensor") regarding the ChoiceFlow software platform ("Software").

1. License Grant

Licensor grants the User a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive Extended Access License to access and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes for the duration of the access license purchased.

2. Restrictions

The User shall not:

reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Software;
share, lend, or transfer account credentials;
use the Software for unauthorized commercial purposes;
remove or alter any proprietary notices contained within the Software.

3. Intellectual Property

The User does not acquire ownership of any:

source code;
software architecture;
trademarks, trade dress, or brand assets;
intellectual property associated with the Software.

All such rights remain the exclusive property of AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA.

4. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. The license terminates automatically, without notice, if the User fails to comply with any provision. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all use of the Software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the User's use of, or inability to use, the Software.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ChoiceFlow does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional nutrition services, or healthcare services.
