By purchasing, accessing, or using the ChoiceFlow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase or use the Service.

3. Software Access License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Extended Access License to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service;
• copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Service;
• redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service;
• share account credentials with any third party;
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, if you violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property in the Service remains the exclusive property of AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. ChoiceFlow is a planning, organization and educational software platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional nutrition services, or healthcare services. Individual experiences may vary.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Niterói, RJ, Brazil.
