Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Customers who have purchased ChoiceFlow are eligible to request a full refund, provided the request is submitted within the refund window described below and through the official support channel.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date.
3. Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted through official support channels. Send an email to amplopagamento@gmail.com including:
- your full name;
- the email address used at purchase;
- your order or transaction number;
- a brief reason for the request.
Please contact support before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer — most issues are resolved within 24 business hours.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
